JOB TITLE: Paid Media Manager

REQUIREMENTS: You’ll own the day-to-day setup, management, performance, and optimisation of all campaigns across Paid Social, while also occasionally working across Google Ads including Search, VLAs (Vehicle Listing Ads), Performance Max & Demand Gen. Although there is external support for Google Ads, you should have hands-on experience using these channels to ensure campaigns are structured, optimised, and delivering the best possible performance. You’ll independently lead the paid media strategy for Meta, working closely with our in-house Content Creator and Paid Media Executive to develop and brief high-performing paid social creatives. This includes contributing to creative concepts, testing new formats, and ensuring ad content is aligned with campaign objectives and performance insights. You’ll analyse campaign performance, turning insights into meaningful recommendations that inform future activity. You’ll feed learnings directly into campaign planning, contribute to strategic discussions, and keep the wider team informed on emerging ad formats, testing opportunities, and platform updates.
